20% Deposit Bonus

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

1.  GENERAL TERMS

1.1 The 20% Deposit Bonus is a special promotion credit that is given to TradingPRO International Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) existing and new clients who have fulfilled these terms and conditions. This offer is valid only for clients who are not residents of the countries listed in the Not Eligible Countries section.

1.2 By accepting the 20% Deposit Bonus, the client agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the Company’s general terms and conditions of service.

1.3 The 20% Deposit Bonus is losable but non-tradable, meaning it cannot be used as trading capital to open new positions if there is insufficient balance in the trading account. However, the bonus may be used to support the margin requirements of existing open positions.

1.4 The 20% Deposit Bonus may be claimed multiple times. Eligible clients may receive a 20% Deposit Bonus on each qualifying deposit, subject to a maximum cumulative bonus limit of USD 1,000 per client across all qualifying deposits. Once the total bonus amount credited to a client’s account reaches USD 1,000, no further Deposit Bonuses will be awarded for subsequent deposits.

1.5 Clients who have previously participated in the 20% Deposit Bonus promotion may continue to claim the bonus on subsequent qualifying deposits, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

1.6 The minimum deposit required to participate in the 20% Deposit Bonus promotion is USD 200, and the maximum qualifying deposit per transaction is USD 1,000. The maximum profit withdrawal generated from trading with the bonus funds is limited to an amount equivalent to the client’s original qualifying deposit.

1.7 Any profit generated from trading with the bonus funds in excess of the permitted withdrawal amount will be forfeited if the client makes any internal transfer or withdrawal request.

1.8 Deposit Bonus is only for “ScalpX Account MT5 (Bonus 20%)” in USD based currency with the maximum leverage of 1:500 fixed.

1.9 To receive Deposit Bonus, you must fulfil and follow the conditions below:

1. 1. Fully pass the personal identifications and account verification also address verification. 

   2. Mobile phone number verification.

   3. Fully claim the previous 30% Deposit Bonus and ensure that the
      balance in the bonus account has been fully exhausted.

   4. Upon completion of the previous 30% Deposit Bonus as above, a ScalpX Account MT5 (Bonus 20%) will be automatically created for the Client.

   5. Deposit a minimum USD200 at ScalpX Account MT5 (Bonus 20%).

2. RECEIVING BONUS AND USAGE

2.1 Bonus will be received by clients automatically when all requirements are fulfilled.

2.2 The Bonus will be credited instantly once the client  deposit to the “ScalpX Account (Bonus 20%) (MT5)”.

2.3 All eligible clients are permitted to hold only one (1) Deposit Bonus account per one Unique IP address and for one device. Multiple registrations from the same IP address and same device also multiple deposit bonus account registers with the same details are not permitted.

2.4 The bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts.

2.5 Any internal transfer of balance to another account will result in cancellation of the 20% Deposit Bonus.

2.6 Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previous trading.

2.7 In these circumstances, the Company reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading Accounts with TradingPRO, cancel all orders and deny all profits of such participants.

2.8 Company shall not be liable for any consequences of the trading bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

3. BONUS CANCELLATION AND WRITING OFF

3.1 Once Stop Out takes place, a bonus is written off from the client’s account.

3.2 Once clients make any amount of internal transfer or withdrawal, bonus will be written off from the client’s trading account.

3.3 The 20% Deposit Bonus is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of received.

3.4 The bonus will be auto cancelled/removed after 30 calendar days without any notification even though the client have active position or not using the bonus.

3.5 The client has the right to reject the received Deposit Bonus at any moment as long as no trade has been executed.

3.6 Please note that TradingPRO International Limited reserves the right to, at any time and without any reason, refuse to grant the bonus or write off the previously issued 20% Deposit Bonus from the account, as well as revoke (cancel) all transactions that have been made with the use of the bonus funds. This condition is considered accepted (agreed with and accepted) by the client starting from the moment of depositing the “Deposit Bonus” to their trading account.

4. NOT ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES

4.1 The 20% Deposit Bonus is not available in the following countries:

• China
• Hong Kong SAR
• Colombia
• Pakistan
